In order to proceed, you must agree with the following rules:
Balkan-ERP Rules:

Here you can find the 10 most important rules that must be accepted by every B-ERP member. You must keep in mind these rules when you join. If you think that these rules are not acceptable by you, then please don’t join us and lose all the privileges and rights of the group.

1. Everyone can become a member of B-ERP no matter of his/hers age, raise or nationality. Every user who donate his/hers Sattorrent account can become a B-ERP member.

2. By donating your Sattorrent zone to the B-ERP group, the user looses the right to use it. If a user is using his/hers Sattorrent account will be expelled after a first warning. The duration of the ban is up to the Administrators of B-ERP. If your Sattorrent account or your B-ERP membership expires you will be banned from B-ERP. Only member with an active Sattorrent account and with a valid B-ERP membership can be an active member. 

3. Every member of the B-ERP group that obeys these rules will receive the privileges and all the rights just like all the other members (file sharing, IRC chat, all the necessary software’s, access to B-ERP site, access to download incomplete files and all the necessary technical support).

4. In the B-ERP group everyone is equal disregarding the user’s nationality, political, religious or any other believes. That is why every member must respect other members in a respectable fashion. The users “status” in the group will depend on the user him/her self. If the user does not obey these rules he/her will be expelled after a first warning. The duration of the ban is up to the Administrators of B-ERP. 

5. The groups Administrators (Admins) are in control of the group so that it can work properly. In a case when a member thinks that a decision of the Admis are not acceptable, a user can always post his/hers comment or complain to another Admin. If there is a need for it, the Admins will discuss these complains with other Admins since non of the decisions are made by one Admin alone. 

6. The order and the way of pushing will be decided only by pushers and by the Admins. Requests for pushes and for re-pushes are forbidden. In a case of a global push error, when none or most of the users don’t receive the file, pushers will re-push it.

7. If you did not managed to receive a certain file, or it is incomplete you can replace it by downloading it from the “incomplete” server. Feel free to ask the Admins or any other member how to use it. It is also recommended that you reed some of our forum instructions and tutorials regarding any issue. 

8. It is recommended that every member use a nick on the B-ERP IRC channel that is the same or similar to the one that is used on BOC. Every member can use only two different nicks on the channel. If your nick is not suitable for the channel, an Admin will ask you to change it. 

9. Please don’t be rude or impolite on the B-ERP channel or on BOC. Do not insult, harass anyone. Also please avoid flooding (repeating sentences) the channel. You will receive a warning and in the worst case, you will be removed from the channel. It’s not hard to be nice. Please don’t use bold or color letters all the time. Use the bold or the color options when you leave a message to someone who is not on a channel at the moment. Use the bold or color letters if you report a global incomplete or a missing file. BOC chat is made for leaving short info messages and explanations. For a private conversation use the private message options on the IRC channel. On the BOC EXYU channel please write only in one of the ex-yu languages. Same for the ENG (English) chat. Use English only. There are too many users from a lot of countries, so we cannot open a BOC chat channel for every language. Feel free to play with the nick colors. Your nick will be colored as you create it. It’s up to you. There are no limits in coloring. 

10. If you have any ideas, important information’s or anything else regarding the better functioning of the group please turn to the Admins. If you know a solution to another members problem please help him/her. It can only help your rating in the group.
